1.准备:白粥一人份。

2.黑鱼肉,姜,葱。

3.将鱼肉改刀切片,加点盐抓匀清洗一下有效去腥,切点姜丝,葱花。

4.把洗干净的鱼片放入碗面,加生粉,油,盐,胡椒粉,姜丝抓匀腌制一会儿(条件充许可以把生粉换成蛋清)。

5.先将砂锅里的白粥煮开。

6.粥大滚的时候放入腌制好的鱼片,放入后先不要搅动调小火,一分钟后鱼片变色了就差不多熟了鱼片本的就易熟的哦。

7.滴上几滴花生油,增香。

8.撒上葱花,关火。
